Entity and named insured
Identify the legal owner, church, nonprofit corporation, school, landlord and any separately governed ministry. Confirm which entities and people are insured under each policy.
Shared property and staff
Explain shared buildings, playgrounds, vehicles, employees, volunteers, security, maintenance and events. Avoid gaps or overlapping assumptions between church and daycare policies.
Abuse prevention
Coordinate screening, supervision, reporting and abuse coverage across the childcare program, youth ministry and volunteers. Different policies may use different definitions and limits.
