Transportation first
Identify every vehicle, route, school, driver and passenger capacity. Disclose whether staff use personal cars and whether the program rents or borrows vehicles.
Older-child activities
Sports, field trips, homework programs, technology, playground use and off-premises events should be described. Some activities require endorsements or a different carrier.
Release procedures
Document arrival, attendance, absences, authorized pickup and handoff. A missed child or release error can produce both operational and liability consequences.
